Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information handled by EduCalcify while you use the site. You can contact the site administrator through our contact page about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.
Calculator inputs
Marks, grades, dates, attendance counts and other calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser. Our calculator code does not transmit them to the database. Copying a result uses your browser's clipboard permission; printing uses the browser's print feature.
Contact and administration
When you send a contact message, we store your name, email address, message and submission time so the administrator can review and respond. Administrative sessions use an essential cookie. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abusive form submissions and login attempts. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request information under the hosting provider's configuration.
Optional services
When configured, analytics and advertising services load only after you allow optional services in the privacy preferences. Those providers may receive browser and network information and use cookies under their policies. Rejecting optional services does not prevent calculator use. You can change your choice through the footer.
Retention and requests
The administrator should remove contact messages once their purpose is fulfilled and periodically review server-log retention. Rate-limit entries expire after a day. Contact us to request deletion of a message; include enough information to identify it without supplying unrelated sensitive details.
Young users
The tools do not require a student account. Avoid entering personal information in free-text labels or contact messages. Parents and guardians can contact us about information a child may have submitted.
