Editorial Policy

Updated 2026-09-12

Our content aims to explain academic arithmetic clearly and without misleading claims. Calculator pages identify their formula, input requirements, an example and important limitations.

Review process

Before publication, an editor should check formulas against worked examples and confirm that institution-specific claims are supported by a current official source. Sample blog articles begin as drafts so the site owner can review authorship, accuracy and relevance.

Examples and attribution

Illustrative grading scales and conversion methods must be labeled as examples. We do not invent endorsements, ratings, statistics or official affiliations. Quotations and externally sourced information should be attributed to their source.

Updates

Pages display their last updated date. Corrections should update the content and retain a clear explanation when a material change affects interpretation. Advertising does not determine calculator results.
